The Velocourier Prestige Program rewards businesses for their loyalty and continued use of our delivery services. As you complete deliveries and reach new milestones, you’ll unlock exclusive perks—ranging from discounts and priority support to custom pricing plans and dedicated account management.

Progressing through the Prestige levels is simple: the more you use Velocourier, the more benefits you receive. You’ll keep all rewards from previous levels, ensuring long-term value. Plus, businesses that maintain their status for 12 months unlock additional annual bonuses.

The Prestige Program is designed to enhance your experience, reduce costs, and provide premium support as your support grows.

Starter Tasks (Before Prestige Mode)

Businesses complete these levels to unlock weekly invoice account status and enter Prestige Mode.

🛠 Level 1 – Setup (Instant)

Task: Create a Velocourier business account.

Reward: Access to business-only perks & faster checkout.

🚴 Level 2 – First Ride (Within 7 Days)

Task: Book and complete your first delivery.

Reward: 50% discount on your next booking.

Level 3 – Feedback (Within 14 Days)

Task: Rate your first delivery.

Reward: Upgrade to weekly invoice account (pay weekly instead of per delivery).

Velocourier Prestige System (For Business Account Holders)

Each prestige level requires a certain timeframe to complete.

🥉 Prestige General Level 1 – Bronze

Requirements:

Spend £100 on deliveries

Complete 20 deliveries

Maintain an on-time booking rate of 90%

Reward: Dedicated account manager for premium support

🥈 Prestige General Level 2 – Silver

Requirements:

Spend £250.00 on deliveries

Complete 50 deliveries

Maintain an on-time booking rate of 92%

Reward: Upgrade to bi-weekly invoicing

🥇 Prestige General Level 3 – Gold

Requirements:

Spend £500 on deliveries

Complete 100 deliveries

Maintain an on-time booking rate of 95%

Reward: 5% discount on all invoices

🏆 Prestige General Level 4 – Platinum

Requirements:

Spend £1,500 on deliveries

Complete 300 deliveries

Maintain an on-time booking rate of 97%

Reward: Upgrade to monthly invoicing

💎 Prestige Master Level 5 – Diamond (Complete within 6 Months)

Requirements:

Spend £2,500+ on deliveries

Complete 500+ deliveries

Maintain an on-time booking rate of 98%

Reward: 5% discount on all invoices

💎 Prestige Master Level 6 – Diamond (Complete within 9 Months)

Requirements:

Spend £5000+ on deliveries

Complete 1,000+ deliveries

Maintain an on-time booking rate of 99%

Reward: 5% discount on all invoices

💎 Prestige Master Level 7 – Diamond (Complete within 12 Months)

Requirements:

Spend £7,500+ on deliveries

Complete 1,500+ deliveries

📈 Prestige Status Maintenance

Prestige levels aren’t permanent—companies can move up or down the ladder depending on their ongoing engagement with Velocourier.

Moving Up: Businesses unlock higher tiers by meeting delivery milestones within the given timeframe.

Moving Down: If a business doesn’t meet the criteria or their usage declines, they may drop down a level after a review period. Businesses can always requalify by increasing their activity.

Businesses retain all rewards from previous levels as they progress up the Prestige ladder. However, if they decline to a lower tier, they may lose access to higher-level rewards until they requalify.

Review Period: Velocourier evaluates prestige status every month to ensure businesses receive the correct benefits.
